Journeys

How Spara AI's behavior is fully configurable to manage buyers through your sales funnel.

Spara is built to take your leads from initial engagement all the way through to close. This is powered by Journeys: infinitely customizable workflow orchestration for Spara's AI. Journeys tell Spara's AI what to do at different points in your sales funnel:

  • Ask standard prequalification questions

    • Ex. "How many employees does your company have?"

  • Ask customizable prequalification questions

    • Ex. "Are you interested in self-hosted or cloud-hosted deployment?"

  • Ask "nice-to-have" questions to inform marketing & sales efforts

    • Ex. "Are you currently using one of our competitors?"

  • Answer lead questions with different information or in a different tone

  • Push leads to schedule a call with your sales team

  • Sync data between Spara and your CRM

  • Send Slack notifications to notify your sales team of a high value lead

Journeys are configured by your Spara customer support representative. They are viewable within the .

Every Journey automatically tracks all conversion metrics in Analytics.

Journey Concepts

Journeys

A Journey is a flow diagram of States. A lead can only be in one Journey at a time.

Each customer has at least one Journey, but you can have as many as you want. It's common to build Journeys for specific types of leads or marketing campaigns.

When a lead lands on your website, Spara automatically sorts leads into the appropriate Journey based on starting criteria.

States

Each Journey is a flow diagram of States. A lead can only be in one state at a time. Which state the lead is in tells Spara's AI how to behave.

Each state has Goals and Triggers.

Goals

Goals define the behavior that Spara's AI is trying to accomplish. This can be getting the lead to answer question(s) or schedule a call.

Triggers

Triggers are actions taken when a logical condition is met.

Each state may have triggers, or the entire journey may have triggers. Triggers are checked each time a lead sends a message.

Here is a list of available triggers:

Spara sends the lead a message.

Sync CRM

Two-way data sync to Salesforce or Hubspot. Any information Spara gains about the lead is immediately incorporated into its behavior.
