Leads
How to view and interact with leads in Spara.
All live and past conversations with a lead are listed on the Leads page. Each row is a single lead.
Leads that have given self-identifying information directly to Spara are marked with a green check mark.
Leads that have been deanonymized and lead enriched are marked with a yellow warning sign.
Use filters to find a specific lead(s), such as:
Timeframe: when the lead last engaged with Spara
Engagement level:
High: Lead has sent 5+ messages
Medium: Lead has sent <5 messages
Browsing: Lead has not sent a message
Email address
...and more.
Clicking on a single lead will open its Lead Details page. This includes Spara's entire conversation history with the lead. If it is an active conversation, you may take over for Spara by clicking into "Manual Mode." This will stop Spara from automatically generating responses, and instead let you chat directly with the lead.

What if I don't like a message that Spara sent to my lead?
Oh no! Happily, Spara makes it easy to improve agent behavior based on a suboptimal lead experience. Just like in the Agent Editor, lead conversations are connected to Ask AI to help improve your prompt. Watch the brief video below to learn how:
How do I take over live conversations?
Spara makes it easy to take over a live chat conversation with a Lead.
Navigate to the Lead's Timeline page.
If you need help fidning the lead, use filters and/or search on the Leads page.
At the bottom of the page, click "Take over chat." This lets you write and then send messages to the lead yourself.
When in manual mode, Spara Chat agents will not automatically send any messages.
When you're finished, click "Return to Automated" or leave the page.
