How Spara integrates with Slack.

Spara can update your team about live conversations with prospective customers in Slack.

Authentication

You must be a Manager-level user to manage third party integrations.

Click the "Organization Settings" link in the left hand navigation bar. Then click the "Integrations" tab.

Click "Authorize" within the Slack module. This will lead you through a Slack authentication flow. There are no further steps necessary upon completing this flow. You should see that Spara is "Enabled" within Spara's Integrations page.

Click "Authorize" to integrate Slack with Spara.

Usage

Spara will notify #spara-notifications at the start of every conversation with a lead. This is defined as a lead engaging with Spara by typing in and sending a message.
