How to manage additional settings.

Spara's settings page covers general settings that apply across chat, email, and voice channels.

  • General tab

    • Company description: A brief description for how you want Spara to describe your business.

    • Sales avatar: The name, title, and profile image of how Spara is represented in all channels.

  • Team

    • Manage users' roles and invitations to new users.

    • Spara has two user roles: Manager-level users have access to all elements of the Spara platform; Member-level users cannot make changes to Team or Integration settings.

  • Integrations

    • Connect and configure Spara's native integrations to third party applications. See Integrations Overviewfor more details.

  • Webhook & API
