An overview on how to train & test Spara AI agents.

Spara provides easy-to-use tools to train and test agents. There are three components:

• Knowledge: Agents are trained on documents, scraped webpages, and Key Questions. This is all of the factual information (not process) that your agent should know.

• Media: Agents may trained on visual media, such as videos or PDFs, to show to your leads.

• Testing: Spara provides easy-to-use testing interfaces for every agent type.
