Agent Overview
What are Spara agents?
An agent is an AI that can engage in a conversation and/or do work. Spara lets you leverage multiple multi-channel agents that work together to engage your buyers and push them through your funnel. These are:
All agents share some characteristics:
Agent behavior is defined by a "prompt." This is a set of instructions, written in plain English, that the agents uses to determine what to do and how to respond in any situation. See Configuring Agents for a how-to-guide on using Age.
Each agent has "starting criteria" that determines when it should be active. For example, a Voice agent built to handle inbound calls could be attached to a specific phone number.
Agents always has a complete history of past conversations and any information you decide to sync from your CRM.
Agents are "trained" on all the documents, scraped webpages, and Key Questions you set up in AI Training. Agents use relevant information whenever necessary, for example to answer a buyer's question.
Each agent has a testing interface designed to make it easy to interrogate the agent, provide feedback, and . These testing interfaces are accessed through the Testing page or in the Agent Editor itself.
While all Spara agents are purpose-built for sales effectiveness and brand safety, each agent is completely configurable for your use case. See Configuring Agents for a how-to-guide.
Each Spara agent automatically tracks all of its conversion metrics in Analytics.
Email Cadences
Email agents have an additional capability: sending emails at a predefined intervals, called a cadence. Each email may be written as hardcoded copy, generated by an LLM, or a combination of the two.
