Testing

An introduction to testing Spara AI.

Spara provides easy-to-use . These can be used either before or after going live.

Click "New Test" to start a conversation as if you are a lead and Spara will respond. Select which journey you wish to test. This will load you into a test version of Spara's Fullscreen product. You may also choose a different Spara interface in the top right corner.

Postive and negative feedback may be given to any Spara-generated response. By clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down button on a message, a modal will appear with fields to enter your feedback. This feedback is used to improve Spara AI's performance.
