Leads

An introduction to viewing and interacting with leads in Spara.

All live and past conversations with a lead are listed on the Leads page. To find a specific lead, filter by timeframe, engagement level, email address, and more.

Clicking on a single lead will open its Lead Details page. This includes Spara's entire conversation history with the lead. If it is an active conversation, you may take over for Spara by clicking into "Manual Mode." This will stop Spara from automatically generating responses, and instead let you chat directly with the lead.
