AI Phone Calls

An introduction to Spara's AI Phone Call channel.

Spara offers cutting-edge voice-to-voice AI for sales phone calls. Our primary use cases are:

  • Automated follow-up calls - Spara AI can make phone calls to leads immediately upon completing an action, or failing to complete an action. For example, there is often dropoff between submitting a marketing webform and subsequently scheduling a call - Spara AI can immediately call those leads to complete the scheduling process.

  • Automated inbound calls - Spara AI can handle inbound sales calls, including triage valuable leads to a sales rep while the lead is still on the line.

  • Sales Copilot - Spara AI can join video calls (ex. Zoom, Google Meet) and act as a "helper" for your sales reps. For example, if a lead asks your sales rep a technical question that she does not know the answer to, Spara can help by immediately surfacing relevant docmentation and synthesizing a response.

Spara does not make cold, outbound calls.
