Spara Navigator

An introduction to Spara's bottom right chat interface.

Spara Navigator is a bottom right corner chat interface built specifically to power MQL to SQL conversion on your marketing website. It's AI is tuned to handle any lead scenario intelligently and elegantly, all without needing to maintain a complex set "if/else" rules. When a lead lands on your marketing page, Spara Navigator can be initialized in a number of different "modes," all of which work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices:

(1) Hidden mode, which does not include any nudges or messages until the lead engages with Spara.

(2) Preview mode, which nudges the lead with a "preview" message and suggested responses.

Or, (3) Open mode. This is the full Spara Navigator experience, in which Spara shows dynamic media, answering buyer questions, and takes action to move your buyer through your sales funnel.

Any lead interaction with Spara Navigator switches into Open mode, so that it's easy for the lead to read responses and write follow-up questions.

In addition, Spara Navigator's initial behavior can be customized based on a multitude of factors:

• What URL Spara is loaded on

• Any Query Parameters in the URL, including utm marketing parameters

• Any "wait" time before Spara should load

Once a buyer is engaging with Spara Navigator, how Spara Navigator behaves to move the buyer through your sales funnel is fully configurable in Journeys.
