An introduction to Spara's AI Chat agents.
Chat can be highly valuable pipeline for your sales funnel. Traditional chatbots were rigid and rule-based, resulting in minimal use and minimal conversion to sales calls. But LLMs have made chatbots a primary source of engagement with your website visitors. Adding Spara Chat captures intent signals and schedules calls with leads that would otherwise remain unengaged.
Spara offers three different chat interfaces, all with the same cutting-edge AI designed to perform in sales conversations.
Spara Navigator - Our standard "bottom-right chatbot" interface.
Spara Smartbar - Embed a ChatGPT-like experience on your marketing webpages.
Spara Fullscreen - A fullscreen chat experience designed to load immediately after webform submissions.
Most Spara customers deploy all three interfaces to their marketing webpages. Leads that engage with multiple interfaces will experience a single conversational thread.

Previews lets you define how Spara Navigator looks to website visitors before then engage with it. Here's how Previews works:
Each Chat agent has its own set of Previews. This makes A/B testing different Previews easy to optimize engagement.
Each Chat agent may have one or more Previews, letting you
Each Preview has starting criteria, which determines which website visitors see it.
The "default" Preview is a catch-all for any website visitors that don't fit the starting criteria of other Previews.
Spara Navigator supports multiple preview modes, each of which requires different fields.
