How to train Spara AI to show visual media assets.

Spara can be trained to show visual media assets. The following file formats are supported:

  • Videos

  • Images

  • PDFs

Today, only Chat agents may be trained to show visual media assets.

To upload and configure media files:

  • Navigate to the Media page

  • Click "Upload File"

  • This will open a RH panel with a file upload box.

  • Media files must be configured...

    • Name your media file. This name will be displayed to your leads when the file is shown.

    • Describe when Spara should show the file to leads in the "When" textarea.

    • Files set to "Visible" will be shown. Files set to "Hidden" are effectively archived and will not be shown.

For example, let's say you upload a file "Product Demo.mp4". You want this file to be shown whenever a lead asks for a product demo. Add the following lines into the "When" textarea:

  • "Asks to see a product demo"

  • "Expresses interest in a general overview"
