Agent Overview

An overview of Spara's AI agents.

An agent is an AI that can engage in a conversation and/or do work. Spara enables you to leverage multiple multi-channel agents that work together to engage your buyers and push them through your funnel. These are:

All agents share some characteristics:

  • Create and edit agents using the Agent Editor. An agent's behavior is defined by a "prompt." This is a set of instructions, written in plain English, on how to respond in any situation.

  • Each agent has "starting criteria" that determines when it should be active. For example, a Voice agent built to handle inbound calls could be attached to a specific phone number.

  • Agents are "trained" on all the documents, scraped webpages, and Key Questions you set up in Knowledge. Agents use relevant information whenever necessary, for example to answer a buyer's question.

  • Each agent has a testing interface designed to make it easy to interrogate the agent, provide feedback, and leverage Ask AI for help in improving your agent. These testing interfaces are accessed through the Testing page or in the Agent Editor itself.

  • Each Spara agent automatically tracks all of its conversion metrics in Analytics.

  • A/B testingacross Spara agents is easy to set up so that you can iteratively improve your conversion funnel.
